Five More Lawsuits Filed Against Accused Sex-Trafficking Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs

Accused sex-trafficking rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs faces a fresh wave of lawsuits as five more alleged victims, including three men and a woman who was 16 at the time, filed their claims on Monday. The lawsuits, filed in Manhattan federal court, detail incidents that occurred between 1995 and 2021. One of the plaintiffs, identified as Jane Doe, recounts an incident from 2004 when she was a 19-year-old college freshman in Brooklyn. According to court documents, she attended a photoshoot event promoting “Da Band,” a group signed by Combs’ label.

After the event, Combs allegedly invited the plaintiff and her female friend, also a freshman, to his hotel for a more exclusive party. Once inside Combs’ hotel suite, a security guard escorted the women to another room, locking them inside and stating, “You know what you are here for,” as per the lawsuit. Combs then entered the room, offering drinks and cocaine to the women. He allegedly ordered the plaintiff’s friend to perform oral sex on him, threatening to harm them both if she refused. Subsequently, Combs forced himself on the plaintiff, engaging in unwanted sexual acts while she pleaded for him to stop.

The friend managed to escape when the security guard briefly opened the door, expressing concern. Meanwhile, Combs instructed the plaintiff to remain in the room, warning that she would be killed if she left. After enduring an hour and a half alone in the dark room, another security guard allowed her to leave. The plaintiffs in all the cases are seeking unspecified damages.

Currently incarcerated, Combs awaits trial in May on sex-trafficking charges. He has pleaded not guilty in the criminal case and continues to maintain his innocence amidst the numerous civil lawsuits. As of now, Combs’ representative has not responded to requests for comment.
