Prosecutors now accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of trafficking at least three women for sex. A superseding indictment filed January 30 lists two new sex-trafficking victims, the New York Times reports, along with the previous victim from the initial September 2024 indictment. The new indictment features no new charges. However, it also accuses Diddy of dangling a woman over an apartment balcony — mirroring a claim from a November 2024 lawsuit filed by designer Bryana Balgona. The indictment also extends Diddy’s racketeering charge further back, from 2008 to 2004.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to his initial charges and has been in jail in Brooklyn since September. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, responded to the new indictment later that evening, denying the allegations. “The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes,” Agnifilo shared in a statement to Vulture. “Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.” Prosecutors said they do not expect the update to affect the trial’s planned May start.
